Hi everyone,
I just finished writing a short poem about the moon and wanted to share it here. Would love to hear your thoughts or any feedback!
Whispers to the Moon
A silver lantern drifts on high,
Soft guardian of the midnight sky,
It gathers secrets, still, unseen,
And lays them gently in its sheen.

The restless sea bows to its glow,
Tides rise and fall, they ebb, they flow,
While dreamers lean on fragile beams,
And sail through sleep on borrowed dreams.

Yet when it fades with morning light,
Its hush remains beyond our sight—
The moon, a quiet, patient friend,
Who circles back, again, again.
