How cool! — you’ve outgrown gravity, yet have no substance anymore. Imperishable, you can see beyond the edge of time, before the universe was born. Yet, though you’ve learned to outgrow gravity, cannot recall how warmth would flow between two bodies. You and me — as different as the sky and sea. You comprehend the quantum world, you’ve learned to outgrow gravity and, with undreamed-of speed, have hurled yourself across what space defies, yet cannot hear a rustling tree, nor recognize a lover’s eyes.
