Tomorrow I will die but you don't seem to care I'm not hiding it, so how are you unaware? I've been dying some time You're making death come quicker My blood gets poisoned and becomes thicker. You sit on your balcony way up in the sky But somehow don't see as I wither and cry. But I hear you when you shrug And you say to yourself “death is inevitable” You don't mention how my early death was avoidable. You pretend you don't mistreat me But you pay others to bring me agony So now I must die at an age so young While you in your palace, not caring at all You must not know, right? But you must hear others’ call. Tomorrow I will die, but you don't seem to care Tomorrow you will wake up to death in the air But today you do not know your mother is dying Today you turn a blind eye to the animal carcass Today you look the other way as my colors fade Today you pay no attention to my new chemical smell Today you cover your ears when ice creaks. Because ignorance is bliss! But tomorrow I will die because of it.
