I waved at cars
along a dry road
meaningful thoughts
cheerful greetings
an integral  sign
of this morning
crisp day sojourn
gazing blissfully
into townscape
in minute portrait
some faraway point
this alluring pull
a visual magnet
heartfelt greeting
where unknown
faces stood proud
I returned each word
yet wondered still
where endings  point
meet and when
