Imagine a ghost
whose haunting 
zeitgeist  floats
whilst in  recital 
of their canon
it seem quite odd
but if conceived
as a mere dare
pine from a lively
mind yes spirit
corny pun not
phrased as I
randomly type
at which I am
I guess getting
brazen but back
to the corny
quaint notion of
some dear ghost
view earnestly as
humour in a way
at once appear
when the reader
tried to fathom
as best as they
can a flight of
poet noodle or
toy with pun
one must have
fun light hearted
play except when
glumness is upon
function pending
sobbing fit a must
from ghost, child,
adult, elders
age group bar
a non issue 
present point
a death, loss
when grief strikes 
without warning
