Before I ever met you, you were simply just a dream and long before the sandman, things were simpler than they seemed.
 

I was just a little boy, trying to fly on a playground swing and you were just a little girl falling in love with a plastic ring. 
 

You asked me if I wanted to play and I threw out a quick "No". You smiled at me anyway and simply refused to go. 
 

We swung for a mintue, sitting in peace without a word. You laughed and said "I love you", the funniest thing I've ever heard. 
 

I quickly stopped my swinging and just looked at you for a while. I said "okay, I guess I love you too", you gave me a kiss, I gave you smile. 
 

Now that we're older love's not as funny as it sounds, but it feels abit colder now that we're away from our playgrounds.
