Moon was shining bright,
​head in soft pillow sunk,
​looking to sky was dreamy,
​someone was signalling to,
​come close in sweet embrace,
​unknown unseen but cozy,

thoughts flowed unhindered,
​blood running fast heart ached,
​fingers pressed deeper in skin,
​face twisted with pain to show end.
​There was thunder and gushing wind,
​leaves flew around clouds gathered,
​heat in body wanted cooling,
​restlessness overpowered mind,
​rolled on bed and lost soft support,
​held head rest and jaws shrunk,
​legs spread wide to receive cold air,
​life was back with pattings from falling rain,
​first in singles then in numbers,
​quenched and soaked shivered,
​time changed fast and quivered,
​my existence i prided and loathed,
​time is powerful to shake confidence,
​living is beyond control and pushes,
through dry and wet spells,
​new life emerges new ideas come,
​shapes new body after dark nights.
