I crave that moment; Though beyond comprehension, It soothes the anomalies I have discovered in my soul. That moment, when We breathe all the oxygen Outside And remain that way With none of it Inside. This cleansing ritual of Fixing the divine temple Of unfettered sin and simpleness A moment when we are Technically living but not Practically doing it. That mere sliver Of a second is when I intend To live all there is to live for --With the perplexing Ingenuity of being A breathless being, On a dying planet In a dead universe-- Saving this life for that moment And die.
