Esther required nothing but
What Hegai the king's chamberlain appointed.
The wise soul has no delight
In false adornment,
It loves Christ's counsel
And obeys in all things
The wise Hegai
The faithful anointing spirit;
Therefore the King loves her
And shows her much favor, and
Esther found favor in the eyes of all that beheld her.
