The vnseasonable times, that haue followed the vnseasonable death of my sweete Master, Prince Henry .
Fond Vulgar, canst thou thinke it strange to finde
So watery Winter, and so wastefull Winde ?
What other face could Natures age become,
In looking on Great Henry 's Herse and Toome?
The World's whole Frame, his Part in mourning beares:
The Windes are Sighes: the Raine is Heauens Teares:
And if These Teares be rife, and Sighes be strong,
Such Sighs, such Tears, to these sad Times belong.
These Showrs haue drown'd all Hearts: These Sighs did make
The C HVRCH , the W ORLD , with Griefs, with Feares to shake.
Weep on, ye Heauens; and Sigh as ye begon:
Men's Sighes and Teares are slight, and quickly done.
