Three little men,
On a lake afloat,
Three little men
With a leaf for a boat.
One moon shines on them
High overhead,
One shines up
From the lake's deep bed.

Between two moons,
Among lilies afloat,
The little men sail
In their aspen boat,
Till the moons grow pale,
And the stars, and then
Three little men
Sail homeward again.
