Even from the three kings with all their wealth, we
want nothing unless it is given with love! Enemies
with swift horses, though they may be men who live enraged
at anything short of victory, will still go to you for refuge!
And your army swollen with swords breaks the spirit of aggression
in your other enemies! O lord of Kotai Mountain which is surrounded
by white flowers! O hunter with a great bow and swift, fierce dogs
who destroy the herds of deer, big and small, that block their way.
May you be free from illness! As the finest of clouds, to gather
their new roaring wealth, plunge downward and collect
together by the ocean and do not leave without water,
so the families of those who come to you in need, do not
leave without fine elephants
who raise their gleaming tusks nor without chariots!
