The Lord is my Shepherd,
He loveth his sheep,
And I shall find pasture,
If near him I keep:
His flocks are well guarded
By day and by night,
And they are forever,
His ceaseless delight.
The Lord is my Shepherd.
And grateful am I,
He did not reject me
And leave me to die.
With him I find shelter
In his blessed fold,
And drink from the fountain
Of pleasures untold
The Lord is my Shepherd,
He loveth his sheep,
And I shall find pasture,
If near him I keep.
The Lord is my Shepherd,
In him I confide,
I'll trust in his mercy
Whatever betide;
Tho' dangers may threaten,
He ever will be
My Guide till his kingdom
And glory I see.
