A Hart Enamelld white to Nel. G.

Like Lillies when untoucht they grow
Or like the falling Flakes of snow
Like pollisht Ivory before
Defild, and in a pocket wore
Like new milk from all motes thats straind
Or like Mayes blossoming unstaind
Like to the kirnell of a nutt
Stript out of all wherin 'twas shutt
Like to the silver of a stream
Or like to Swanny-featherd cream
Soe spottless is this Hart doth tell
The Valentine to me befell.
