Not hands, nor lips, nor cheeks, nor eyes,
Meet they with howso' sweet surprise,
Convey they howsoe'er they will
The affinities they oft distil,
Have yet the power to let us meet
As two twin naked souls complete;
For, sweetest love, where difference is
There is resolved our mutual bliss,
Since where they most unlike appear
There souls and bodies meet most near.
