Against Prusus the prating-sterile bald Statist.

T H intelligencer Prusus loues to prate
Of nothing but great matters of estate;
He can anatomize France, Flanders, Spaine;
And where their life-blood lies, well knowes the vaine.
In state-craft he was still his better's brauing,
Till Kate with her craft gaue him a dry-shauing:
 Yet talkes he but of heads and heires apparant,
 Though his owne head has not one haire apparent
