道逢三叟者，高寿比神仙。
问叟何以寿？
寿诀倘予传。
上叟前致辞，大道抱天全。
中叟前致辞，寒暑顺节宣。
下叟前致辞，百岁半单眠。
是为三寿诀，所以能长年。
