Forget-Me-Not

At sunset wept a little bloom
That Pan forgot to kiss;
It murmured all the night its plaint,
To be denied such bliss.

Its tiny face was wet with tears,
When rosy came the day;
A sunbeam smiled; embraced it then,
And kissed the tears away.
